Revert "fix(setup): name the boot entry for ViPER, not Linux Mint" This reverts commit 1726c1c. The problem it fixes does not exist on this branch. The GRUB title is rewritten by ubuntu-system-adjustments.service, which arrives as a dependency of Mint's Firefox package. That is a v2.0.0 change; 24.04 installs Ubuntu's Firefox and never pulls the Mint system package, so /etc/linuxmint/info is absent here and the boot entry was already correct. The task failed the VM build outright: "Destination /etc/linuxmint/info does not exist !", 21 tasks in. The fix remains on feat/v2.0.0-selkies, where the file exists and the title really is wrong.
